This patient had a significant Mountain Dew habit, up to a six pack a day. We had to do 3 root canals, tooth colored fillings and a few teeth needed full coverage porcelain crowns. |

This patient had existing porcelain fused to metal crowns where the margins were showing. She also had severe malpositioning/crossbite. She opted not to have orthodontic treatment and decided to have full coverage all porcelain crowns made. This treatment "instantly" modified her crossbite. |

Patient had composite fillings, but her gums receded and her coffee habit had stained the margins of the tooth colored fillings. We removed all her composites to her natural, unprepared teeth, bleached her teeth for a couple of weeks and then place 6 porcelain veneers. |

This patient had 6 old tooth colored filling veneers. As you can see, the edges of the composite veneers have started to get staining and some of the material has fallen off. After bleaching her teeth, I removed her existing composite veneers and made 6 new Empress veneers. This photo was immediately after delivery and permanent cementation of the veneers. |
